Roy Garcia is the Associate Superintendent for School Administration and Leadership Development for Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. As a past recipient of the Mirabeau B. Lamar Award of Excellence, Roy has been in education for 25 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He currently serves as Board Member for Texas ASCD and the Cypress-Fairbanks Educational Foundation. He is married with two children.
